Job Description NEW Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Direct Hire | Permanent Salary: $45 – $62/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time | 8-hour days | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Relocation Bonus: Eligible (determined at time of offer) Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions. The PT will develop individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions, provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educate patients on self-management strategies, and collaborate with providers to ensure quality patient outcomes. Documentation is completed in Epic EMR. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) required Outpatient experience required Oregon Physical Therapist License or PT Compact Privilege required upon start Temporary Oregon PT license accepted (must obtain permanent license within 90 days) BLS (AHA) required Schedule & Additional Details: Weekday outpatient clinic setting No call or weekends May float to inpatient if qualified during low census or holidays 1-hour patient appointment times with administrative time built into schedule Dress code: Business casual or scrubs Interested!?
