Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: - Charge experience -
Epic charting system experience Description: Registered Nurse for
the Med Surg Telemetry Unit. Provides direct nursing care for
patients of all age and developmental stages in assigned areas
using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation,
and evaluation. Responsible for managing care of assigned patients
and directing activities of ancillary staff. Assesses patients'
physiological and psychological needs and strengths in a competent
and comprehensive manner. Plans, implements, and evaluates
patients' care plans. Demonstrates commitment to professional
practice, including the skills necessary to manage a patient care
assignment in a cost-justifiable manner. Exhibits leadership skills
through performance of charge nurse functions. Daily census
includes a diverse patient population with various medical
conditions. Interdisciplinary support is available, including
physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Must adhere
to policies regarding background checks and work history
verification. Requires participation in modules related to the
