Support field teams in executing approved commercial strategies and campaign initiatives. Engage healthcare professionals via phone and virtual platforms to reinforce product access pathways and specialty pharmacy distribution processes. Assist with transition initiatives from retail to specialty pharmacy partners to improve product acquisition within healthcare settings. Serve as a consistent virtual presence that builds rapport, strengthens relationships, and expands connectivity across stakeholders. Leverage customer networks, digital tools, and CRM platforms to enhance reach and engagement. Accurately document interactions, insights, and follow-up actions in accordance with client policies and compliance standards. Maintain productivity metrics aligned with program objectives. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the migraine product portfolio, access landscape, and approved promotional materials. Successfully complete all required product and compliance training (self-study, testing, virtual and/or in-person training). Collaborate closely with Virtual Sales Managers, Field Regional Sales Managers, and Field counterparts to ensure aligned execution. Support the execution of commercial strategies in compliance with FDA regulations, Federal Healthcare Program requirements, and client policies. What do you need for this position?
