Job Description MedCadre is seeking a local contract Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Southern Oregon Medford, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: X-Ray Technologist (Mobile) - FULL TIME - PERMANENT Location: Southern Oregon – Medford / Grants Pass, OR 97501 Shift Details - Schedule: Monday – Sunday (Flexible) - Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Meal Break: 30 minutes unpaid - Additional Notes: Flexible shifts, OT paid, some on-call required - Expected Start Date: May 01, 2026 - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Job Summary We are hiring experienced Mobile X-Ray Technologists to conduct diagnostic imaging exams at patient locations including homes, care facilities, institutions, and LTACH settings. This position requires travel, equipment transportation, independent work, and strong patient interaction skills. Job Duties - Receive imaging orders from dispatch - Travel to patient locations (homes, care facilities, institutions, LTACHs) - Load, transport, and unload mobile X-ray equipment - Perform diagnostic radiographic exams - Ensure proper positioning and radiation safety - Send images to Radiologist via EMR system - Clean and sanitize equipment after each exam - Maintain documentation and compliance - Store vehicle and equipment when not on duty - Travel to next assigned patient location Education Requirements - Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology - High School Diploma Experience Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience - Knowledge of medical terminology - Skilled in EMR systems - Ability to transport and operate mobile imaging equipment - Strong communication skills Licenses & Certifications Required - Radiologic Technologist License – Oregon - ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) - Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon and Washington Application Process: Please submit your resume to or Call .
