LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Crescent City, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Shift: - Night shift - 3×12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - Every other weekend - Float & call required - Patient ratio: 1:5 ?? Responsibilities: - Provide direct care to MS/Tele patients - Monitor telemetry & manage dysrhythmias - Administer medications & IV therapy - Manage oxygen therapy (CPAP/BiPAP/HFNC) - Perform wound care & line management - Document in Epic EMR - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team - Delegate tasks to ancillary staff Requirements Minimum 2 years RN experience (required for submission) Experience with 1:5 patient ratio Active California RN License (required at submission) BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only, must be in hand) Epic charting experience (preferred) Must be available for lab work within 3–5 days of signing 7-year work history verification required About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
