charting system experience Description: The Registered Nurse will
provide direct nursing care for patients of all ages and
developmental stages in assigned areas using the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse is
responsible for managing the care of assigned patients and
directing the activities of ancillary staff. Assessment of
patients' physiological and psychological needs is required,
demonstrating competence and comprehensiveness. The nurse will
plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care plans. There is an
expectation of commitment to professional practice, including
managing patient care assignments in a cost-justifiable manner.
Demonstrated leadership skills are crucial, including the
