This position offers predictable weekday scheduling, competitive pay, full benefits, and long-term stability in a supportive, team-based environment. Relocation assistance may be available. Position Overview Permanent, full-time role 40 hours per week Day shift Outpatient clinic setting Collaborative rehab team Shift Details Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts (typically 8:00a–5:00p) No call No weekends Occasional inpatient support may be requested if qualified Compensation & Incentives Salary range: $94,140 – $129,459 annually (based on experience) Hourly range: $45.26 – $62.24/hr Relocation assistance may be available Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice Provide therapeutic exercise and manual interventions Educate patients on self-management strategies Collaborate with providers and clinic staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements Physical Therapist license (Oregon PT License or PT Compact Privilege) Temporary Oregon PT license accepted (permanent license required within 90 days) BLS Certification (AHA) required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates welcome Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for Physical Therapists seeking consistent weekday hours, strong work-life balance, and long-term growth in a structured outpatient environment.
