Our mission is to provide a "captive audience" model that eliminates the headaches of cancellations and administrative fluff, allowing you to focus entirely on your patients. The Role We are seeking an ambitious, self-starting PMHNP to join our team in Southern Oregon. Unlike traditional outpatient clinics with 20% cancellation rates, our providers enjoy a 2% cancellation rate. You will be supported by a dedicated facilitator who manages the logistics, allowing you to move seamlessly from one patient to the next. Key Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to geriatric populations in long-term care settings. Conduct initial visits (in-person or telehealth per current Oregon regulations). Maintain a high-volume, high-impact schedule (targeting 16–20 patients per day). Qualifications Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Active Oregon NP license (Must be an Oregon resident for Certificate of Authorization/Medicaid billing). Experience or a strong interest in Geriatric Mental Health. An "ambitious" mindset—you prefer a fast-paced day over sitting in a quiet office.
