Practitioner – Primary Care (Full-Time) Location: Oregon – Multiple
Locations Available About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate
and motivated Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our
primary care team in Oregon. This is a full-time position in a
well-supported, patient-focused outpatient setting. New graduate
NPs are welcome to apply! Structured onboarding and mentorship
provided. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care
to patients across the lifespan (Family NP) or adult/geriatric
populations (Adult NP) Conduct exams, order labs/imaging, diagnose
and manage acute and chronic conditions Collaborate with
physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
Emphasize preventive care and patient education Schedule & Setting:
Full-time, outpatient role Monday–Friday, no weekends or call
