impact. Job Requirements - Education Requirements: Valid Physical
Therapy degree from an accredited institution. - Certifications
Requirements: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, CPR
certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS). - Experience
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience as
a Physical Therapist in a long-term care setting. - Other
Requirements: Ability to pass background checks, excellent
communication skills, and capacity to work independently under

Assess patients' functional status and develop individualized
treatment plans tailored to their needs. - Provide therapeutic
interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function,

nursing staff, PTAs, and family members to ensure cohesive patient

Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and
