Medford, OregonCandidates must be BC/BE in NeurologyThis is a full
time General Neurology position and mainly outpatient, with a small
amount of inpatient practiceTeam consists of 3 Neurologists and 2
Advanced Practice Providers - Candidate will be practicing General
Neurology and will also head up the health network's ALS program in
neurologyCompensation:Year one: Annual base salary of $300,000Year
two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary
plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base
compensationYear three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to
16%$50,000 signing bonusUp to $15,000 relocation assistance$5,000
annual CME allowance240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per
