Description Infusion RN – Home and Ambulatory Infusion Therapy
Schedule: Per Diem (shifts may be Monday- Friday and weekend hours)
Coverage: Medford and the greater surrounding area to the Oregon
Coast, CA Border, Klamath Falls and Roseburg Provides direct
nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy
for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is
accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various
providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the
payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or
southwest Washington. Undergoing infusion treatments can be a
daunting reality for patients who find themselves with an
infection, nutrition, pain management, cancer treatment or chronic

Required Qualifications: - Education to meet certification, license
or registration requirement. - Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse
License. Or - Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. -
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association. - Upon hire: Must be licensed in states wherever care
is delivered. Preferred Qualifications: - 1 year Experience with

for this position. The successful candidate‘s placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
