Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Brookings, OR Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Day Shift, 13-week assignment Key Responsibilities: - Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. - Conduct assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes. - Document patient progress and treatment interventions according to facility protocols. - Support patients' functional independence during their recoveries. Required Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon. - Minimum of 6 months of recent experience working in SNF or LTC environments. - Ability to workday shifts and adapt to a scheduled workload of approximately 32 hours per week. - Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.
