This facility is seeking a Hospice - Palliative Medicine Nurse
Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a

Inpatient •\u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Standard
Hospice cases •\u0009Credentialing timeframe: 0-30 Days •\u0009EMR:
Epic •\u0009Certifications required: Must have Basic Life Support
(BLS) •\u0009Licensure required: Must have active Oregon license
