The Role: We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our mission-driven practice in Southern Oregon (Ashland/Central Point) . This is a W-2 position designed for experienced clinicians who want to do deep, meaningful work without sacrificing their own well-being. The "Unicorn" Offer (Why You Should Apply): Most practices burn you out with 35 clients a week. We don't. True Work-Life Balance: This is a 25-hour per week position. Sustainable Caseload: Your week consists of ~23 client sessions and 2 hours of paid administrative time. Premium Compensation: $74,000 - $78,000 per year. (Yes, that is for 25 hours). Start at $74,000. Raise to $75,500 at 90 days. Raise to $78,000 at 1 year. Stability: W-2 Status. No chasing payments. No unpaid no-shows. Just a steady, reliable paycheck.
