Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Medford, OR Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,000 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position The Home Health Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN performs assessments, develops care plans, coordinates with physicians, and ensures patients receive high-quality care in a home setting. The nurse travels to multiple patient homes throughout the day and provides patient education, wound care, medication management, and chronic disease monitoring. Requirements Requirements Active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience preferred (some clients accept Med-Surg or Tele with strong background). BLS certification required. Experience with OASIS documentation strongly preferred.
