Medford, OR 97504 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Shift Time: 8am
- 4:30 PM Duration: ASAP - Ongoing Job : 26-00133 Additional
Details: We will need coverage Monday-Friday (8am-5pm with a one
hour unpaid lunch that they can take when they see fit). They will
participate in symptom management call on weekdays (5pm-8am), which
is beeper. There is a potential that they will cover weekend call
which would be from 8am-8am. Call schedule will be determined once
confirmed. It may not be consecutive days in a row but the site is
open to having a provider take call in a row. They will average 4
nights of weeknight call and 1 weekend a month. NOTE: Provider will
be required to have BOTH an ACTIVE WA LICENSE AND WA DEA as well as
an OR LICENSE AND OR DEA as they may see WA patients via telehealth
