Requirements LOCUM- Hospice We have uncapped the rates on this
search. This time around we will not be clearing the first 10 bids
that are submitted but rather clearing based on competitive rates
and quality score of the candidate. Please ensure to bid
competitively on rates as those will be reviewed during
presentation. *Please ensure bids reflect the below: - Guaranteed
hours: 8 hours per day - OT applies after 9 hours per dayJOB
DETAILS (PLEASE READ IN FULL):
_______________________________________________We are looking for
one full time provider who can do telehealth work. Update 1/14: It
has been confirmed that the Medford position will be all
telehealth. Provider will work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm and can take
a lunch when able to during that time). They will take call 4-6
nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month, sometimes
with NP overlap and sometimes not. Physician weeknight calls are
variable - sometimes may have 0 admits and 1-2 symptom calls,
sometime 4-5 admits come after 5pm and multiple calls on complex
patients during the night for crisis visits or GIP admits. Weekends
can be busy, if there are a large number of admissions and if we
have a high number of complicated patients. If NP is also on for
their weekend, they do cover symptoms and most of the nights, and
physician just doing the admissions. NOTE: Call will be a shared
call between Portland and Medford.Currently Medford has 62 patients
right now (primary work at Medford, will be back up provider for
Portland).Types of calls: IDT, consultation and med consults,
telehealth visits, CTIsREQUIREMENT:

of residency Should be BC or BE in FM, IM highly prefer they are in
Hospice (if FM or IM, they MUST have ample experience in hospice
