applicants Schedule: Variable block schedule with weekend coverage
as needed; 40-hour orientation; ratios up to 1:16 on weekdays, 1:32
on weekends Highlights: 108-bed short-term acute care hospital
serving 95-110 census daily Epic charting system experience
required Float coverage across multiple inpatient units including
ICU, medical, med-surg, telemetry, observation, and ED Strong
interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory,
pharmacy, social services, and rapid response teams Case Management
Assistants provide support with authorizations, transport
coordination, DME, and placement referrals Focus on discharge
planning, care coordination, and post-acute resource navigation
Requirements: Active Oregon RN license or ability to obtain Minimum
1 year of Case Management experience in an acute care setting BLS
certification required Proficiency with Epic EMR system Strong
knowledge of admission criteria, medical necessity, discharge
planning, and appeals/denials processes Experience with CMS
guidelines, DRGs, and HIPAA compliance Valid driver's license and
reliable vehicle required 2 supervisory references covering 1 year
