Job Description Seeking a Palliative Medicine physician for
Palliative Care and Hospice service in beautiful Southern Oregon.
This position will be responsible for establishing a new ambulatory
clinic which will be embedded in the Cancer Center. In addition,
this position will provide outpatient palliative care consults in
conjunction with a social worker. Southern Oregon is a great place
to live, especially if you love the outdoors. Year-around
recreational activities and family-friendly communities. Hospital
Employee . Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . CME time and
$5,000 available. Annual salary of $220,000. Up to $15,000
relocation assistance. Annual performance incentives of up to 16%
of base salary starting in year 2. 240 hours (30 clinic days) of
authorized time offer per year. Excellent health, dental, vision
