Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Med-Surg / Tele RN – Quick Overview Orientation: Biweekly Mondays starting 1/6/2025 MUST HAVE: EPIC experience | 2.5 years RN experience (first 6 months do not count) Housing: Very difficult with pets Patients/Diagnoses Total joints, general & gyn surgeries Medical patients: CVA, PNA, CHF, ETOH, EOL care, COVID, etc. Experience/Skills General surgery experience required Total joint experience preferred Drips: Insulin (titration required) Staffing/Support Charge nurse on unit (lower patient ratio) House supervisor 24/7 CNAs available (ratio ~7–8) Tele: Central Monitoring Unit with MTs 24/7; RNs read & verify strips RT Equipment: V60 vents, CPAP, HFNC Schedule/Requirements Shifts: 12s – 0545–1815 or 1730–0615 Weekends: Yes (typically every other; based on needs) Holidays: Yes Call: None Floating: No (may float to MS if agreeable and qualified) Scrubs: Clean and professional (no specific color) Unit Orientation: 1–2 shifts based on experience and prior SLMC work About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
