as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client
independence in accordance with individual's functional level and

Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Master's
Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Ph.D.
From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent
educ/experience. Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized
Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.
Or equivalent educ/experience. upon hire: Oregon Occupational
Therapist License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American
