Required Qualifications: - Coursework/Training: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program. - Coursework/Training: May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience. - Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. - Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
