The Family Medicine Locum Tenens opportunity is located in Chiloquin, OR Location: Chiloquin, OR 20 minutes NW of Klamath Falls, OR- Duration: June August (Option to extend) searching for perm (open for locum to perm)- Reason for coverage: Two locum contracts are expiring June 3 been there 1.5 years (providers family situation changed, need to be closer to home)- Schedule: Monday Friday 7a-4.30p (no weekends no call)- Call: N/A- Patient volume: 20 patients per day- Scope: Bread and butter outpatient primary care- EMR: NextGen- Hospital: Outpatient clinic- Group/support: RN/FNP 2 FNP, Medical Director DNP, few specialized providers that rotate through- Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Board Eligible, current DEA, license out of state OR license within 90 days ACLS certification fully vaccinated.
