Backfill position for skilled home health nursing. Home Health RN
role focused on providing care to patients in their homes. The
shift is 8 hours during the day, with a maximum of 6 patient visits
per day. Productivity standards expect 30 points daily. Orientation
hours are 40, and the facility schedules guarantee up to one shift
cancellation per pay period. Travelers must have their own
transportation to minimize drive time. COVID-19 vaccination primary
series and booster are required. Experience with Oasis is necessary
and will be evaluated. The position does not require weekend work
or floating between units. The environment requires compliance with
