Healthcare Organization: FQHC with 5 team based ambulatory primary care sites. Multi-disciplinary clinic sites provide excellent medical care and serving both adults and children. Opportunity: Family Medicine Full Time Direct Hire Opportunity Flexible Scheduling Opportunities Scheduled Clinic Hours with optional on-call with additional compensation Primary Care Opportunity seeing all ages Must be comfortable navigating complex cases with chronic conditions Fully Outpatient, with no inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities. Diverse Patient Population HPSA Score: 13 Opportunity to teach and mentor advanced practitioner residents, advanced practitioners and medical students.
