Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN with at least one year of skilled home health experience and an active OR RN license for day shifts in the Medford, OR area. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Home health setting serving Medford, OR and surrounding areas - Day shifts with a 5x8 hour schedule, typically 8:00 to 16:30 - Patient ratio is 1:1, with up to 6 home visits per day and a 30 productivity point standard - No weekends or on-call required - No floating required between like units, but may float to other facilities within the state if needed - Uses EPIC and Oasis for charting; Oasis experience required - Travel may include occasional drives up to a 50 mile radius - Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard - Primary responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care to home health patients, completing Oasis assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC - System organizes client visits to minimize drive and windshield time - Former permanent employees must wait at least three months before returning as a traveler and cannot apply if within 50 miles of the facility - Minimal to no RTO preferred; significant time-off requests may impact consideration - Local candidates within 50-75 miles accepted at the same rate - Free parking available - Any color scrubs may be worn - Compliance modules must be completed pre-start and annually - First-time travelers are not eligible for this position /n /n Requirements/n - Active OR RN license required prior to start - At least one year of recent skilled home health RN experience required - BCLS certification required - Strong proficiency and recent experience with Oasis documentation required - Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required - Completion of all required health screenings, including COVID primary series and at least one booster - Able to provide two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-624665.
