Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/10/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Case Manager RN with at least one year of experience, Oregon RN license, and Epic EMR proficiency for a day shift role with weekend requirements. Responsibilities Work in a short-term acute care hospital as a Case Manager Patient caseload is approximately 1:16 Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00 to 17:30 Weekend shifts are required in a consistent or block schedule Floating required within the hospital and to affiliated hospitals nearby Uses Epic EMR system, Epic experience required Business casual dress code required for Case Managers Responsible for managing care coordination and patient transitions Completion of pre-start and annual onboarding modules required Must commit to work at least 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Travelers must be willing to float as assigned across facilities within the state Requirements Active Oregon RN license (pending accepted for consideration) At least 1 year of recent Case Manager RN experience Experience with Epic charting system is required Two supervisory references from the last three years required for consideration Must have a vehicle for assignment due to potential floating to nearby facilities Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility Returning perm staff must have a 3-month gap before returning as a traveler Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-617782.
