Mercy Flights was established in 1949 and is a non-profit EMS agency providing clinical services for Ground, Rotor Wing and Fixed Wing 911 EMS and Inter-facility transports. Position Information: - $5,000 - $10,000 sign-on bonus for part-time or full-time candidates with a one (1) year employment commitment - Relocation package may be available - Starting pay rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications) - Full benefits package including: Company paid employee medical, dental & vision (dependent coverage options available), cafeteria plan, flexible spending dollars, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k w/company contribution, employee assistance program (EAP), earned time off (ETO) and company provided uniforms - Full-time and part-time status available with schedules that promote work/life balance - Daily overtime if shift exceeds 12 hours. Qualification Requirements: - Current Oregon Paramedic License - If a Transitional Paramedic or eligible for licensure through reciprocity, must be a Nationally Registered Paramedic - Current Drivers License - BLS, ACLS and PALS or PEPP certifications upon hire - Experience working in emergency medical services preferred. Education: Associates degree in Paramedicine or equivalent education and experience required to obtain an Oregon Paramedic license, Transitional Paramedic license or OHA Reciprocity.
