TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Medford, Oregon, 97504! Pay Information $2,526 per week About The Position Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required. License: RN license required; pending submissions considered. Certifications: EPIC charting experience required. Must-Have: - Ability to float between units. - Must work weekends as needed. - Commitment to three of five holidays. Description: This position includes the role of Case Manager RN. The Case Manager will float between various acute departments in the facility. Departments may include ICU, medical, med-surg, telemetry, observation unit, and emergency department. Weekend work is variable and a consistent weekend day in the schedule may be required. The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:18. There may be a possibility to work a 4x10 schedule. Case Managers will need to cover any of the acute departments in the hospital. Candidates will be required to submit two supervisory references covering one year of experience. Floating between main facility and any nearby affiliates may be expected. Inflexibility within the contracted schedule may lead to termination of the contract. Communication devices required for assignment will be provided at no cost.
