Pacific Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Lead Certified Veterinary
Technician to join our practice. This an excellent opportunity for

delivering outstanding patient care and client service. In this
role, you'll not only perform day-to-day veterinary technician
duties but also serve as a leader and educator for our Veterinary
Technician and Veterinary Assistant team. Your primary focus will
be on fostering growth through hands-on training, skill
development, and mentorship. You'll help delegate tasks to support
efficient workflow, ensure adherence to safety and medical
protocols, and actively coach team members to build confidence and
competence. This role is perfect for someone with strong emotional
intelligence, a talent for creating a positive and collaborative
culture, and a genuine passion for teaching and empowering others
to thrive in their roles. This is a flexible position, featuring
9-hour shifts and a rotating weekend schedule. Full-time benefits
and compensation: - Compensation: $28 - $30 per hour, for each hour
worked* - Bonus package: $2000 - CE allowance: $500 the first year,
$1,000 annually thereafter - Health package: Medical, dental, and

qualifications and skillset: - Current Veterinary Technician
License in the state of Oregon - 3 of veterinary experience in a
clinical setting - 1 years of leadership experience - Experience
with developing SOP and training - Passion for developing others
and supporting a team environment - Previous leadership experience
- Proficiency in the following skills: - Anesthesia
intubation/induction - Anesthesia monitoring - Surgery assisting -
