*Overview*We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing mental health services and supporting individuals of all ages through various challenges.*Responsibilities** Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs* Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups* Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals* Work with geriatric populations, individuals with autism, and developmental disabilities* Engage in child and family counseling to address behavioral and emotional issues* Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes* Participate in clinical research activities to contribute to the advancement of mental health care*Experience** Must hold a valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker* Experience in mental health counseling and psychotherapy* Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans* Strong background in working with geriatrics, autism, and developmental disabilities* Knowledge of child and family counseling techniques* Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data* Familiarity with conducting clinical research is a plusRN01Job Type: ContractPay: $42.50 - $50.15 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Referral program* Relocation assistanceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftExperience:* Social work: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
