About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) team at Mass General Brigham. As a critical care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a highly acute and complex patient population.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
• Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.Requirements
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience, with a strong preference for experience in critical care.
  • BSN degree or higher.
