Medical Center is seeking Hospitalists to join our amazing team in beautiful southern Oregon. This is a full-time position with flexible block scheduling. Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine. Medical Center is a 125-bed hospital and level III Trauma Center serving Southern Oregon.

• Both hospitals have open ICUs, however one has intensivists that manage the ICU during the day with hospitalist management overnight
• Shifts vary - Hospitalist are required to rotate through day, swing and night shifts
• Performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation in Year 2
• $25,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
