DescriptionProvidence Medford Medical Center- Oregon$4,000 Hiring bonus and relocation assistance offered for qualified external caregiversThe CNA 2/HUC is a key person within the decentralized nursing unit, who provides overall administrative and technical support in the operation of the unit; collaborates with other staff and leaders in the development, oversight, and operation of the unit; and performs CNA II patient care duties.Required qualifications:

• Health Unit Coordinator or secretarial coursework along with a medical terminology course or experience or equivalent education/experience:
• 1 year experience performing secretarial duties in a health care environment.
• Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent education/experience:
• Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Experience with a variety of software applications.Preferred qualifications:
  • 1 year acute care hospital experience, ideally performing CNA and/or Health Unit Coordinator duties.
