Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health Services at Providence
Medford Medical Center
Works under the direction of a registered nurse to provide quality
nursing care to patients in their homes. Assists with collection of
assessment data and provides input to the planning of care.
Implements plan of care within the scope of licensure. Performs all
duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the
