          • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or above, preferred -Earn more with a higher nursing degree! License/Certification:
            • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start
            • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association required upon start Additional Certifications Required for Specific Units-must be obtained within 4-months of start date (Asante will work with new grads who will require additional certifications post hire)
              • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Women and Children's
              • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)- Women and Children's
              • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Critical Care (ICU, CCU, IMCU), Cardiac Center, Emergency Room
              • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or ENPC - Emergency Room
