About the Job We have an opening for an Intensive Case Management (ICM) Therapist who possess a combination of skills and QMHP credentials to provide clinical services in the community. This position requires a rotating On Call status. The ICM Therapist reports to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments. In this position, the ICM Therapist is responsible for performing Provisional Assessments for individuals experiencing crisis. The ICM Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques. If desired, the ICM Therapist will be eligible to participate in our supervision toward licensure program after their successful completion of the 90-day introductory period. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time) as well as rotating 24/7 On Call status What You'll Make$5,000 - $6,500 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired). About the Program ColumbiaCare provides Intensive Case Management (ICM) Services, which are high-quality, evidence-based, and flexible services: a community-based package of care that includes assessment, strengths-based treatment planning, and recovery-oriented case management that helps identify the individual's service needs, and establishes and maintains community support systems and service coordination.ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program. Central Clinic is an approved NHSC worksite by the Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) for the Oregon Health Care Provider Loan Repayment Program, for eligible licensed employees who apply. What You'll NeedYou must be registered as a QMHP through MHACBO or become registered within 30 days of hire. Eligibility for QMHP registration requires:Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
