Position Details: FTE: 0.900000 - Full Time - 1st Shift - DaysAs a
CNA2 at Asante, you will have the opportunity to earn the following
shift differentials:
- $1.21 extra per hour for hours worked between
3:00pm-11:00pm
- $2.05 extra per hour for hours worked between
11:00pm-7:00am
- $1.05 extra per hour for hours worked on weekend shifts We are
offering a Lucrative and Highly Competitive Recruitment Bonus for
this position! This position is also eligible for a $750.00

- Become a vital member of the patient care team and build a
strong relationship with the RNs
- Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating
in patient satisfaction
- Demonstrate advanced Responsive Observations knowledge base in
practice of care
- Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of
teaching and interventions per department standards
- Provide excellent communication between staff and patients and
patient families
- Promote and maintain Asante's Vision and Values Who You Are
- A devoted CNA2 who embraces life-long learning and new ways of
thinking
- An avid multitasker who can keep all the plates spinning,
juggle torches and talk to patients all at the same time
- You adapt your style and speed to meet the needs of other

- You are self-motivated and take accountability seriously while
trusting that others do the same What You Must Have
- CNA-2 certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN)
required upon start
- BLS: Basic Life Support certified by the American Heart
Association (AHA) required upon start Work Environment/Physical
Requirements
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on
an occasional basis - such as transferring a patient in and out of
a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist and perform other
