Description Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) - Nursing
Float Pool at Providence Medford Medical Center Work Schedule:
0700-1930; Offering 3, 12 hour day shifts with participation in the
team's standby rotation Hiring Bonus: $4,000 hiring bonus and
relocation assistance for eligible external candidates who meet all
conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic

on your first day of employment. Description: We are seeking a
Certified Nursing Assistant 2 - Health Unit Coordinator who will be
a key person within the decentralized nursing unit, who provides
overall administrative and technical support in the operation of
the unit; collaborate with other staff and leaders in the
development, oversight, and operation of the unit; and perform CNA
II patient care duties. Required qualifications for this position
includes:
- Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized
Acute Care Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) course, or
"grandfathered" to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements
- Active and unencumbered license in the state of Oregon as
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current BLS certification.
- New onboarding caregivers must have a current American Heart
Association (AHA) BLS certification. Preferred qualifications for
this position include:
