Description RN Fellow - Medical Telemetry Unit, Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), and Float Pool - Providence Medford Medical Center Work schedule: Full-time, night shift position; 3, 12 hour day shifts per week, with participation in the team's weekend and holiday rotation Hiring Bonus: $12,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. • Nursing Degree/Diploma upon hire
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher within three (3) years of hire -OR- equivalent education/experience
• A RN with twenty (20) years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN
• Unencumbered RN license in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered
• If RN holds a multi-state license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), the RN must adhere to the requirements of licensure in the new state(s) of hire
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
• American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
• American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), -OR-
• Military Training Network (MTN) - (BLS Provider) upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
• One (1) year nursing experience but new to specialty of hire Preferred qualification in this position includes:
