Description Certified Nursing Assistant 2 - Clinical Decision
Unit at Providence Medford Medical Center Work Schedule: Weekend
(Saturday/Sunday) CNA 2 position. In this position you will also
perform duties of a Hospital Unit Clerk. Work hours are 0700-1930
(2, 12 hour shifts) Description: We are seeking a Certified Nursing
Assistant 2 (CNA 2) - Medical Surgical to assist a Registered Nurse
(RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing
specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the
RN. Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Completion of Oregon State Board of
Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care Certified Nursing Assistant 2
(CNA 2) course, -OR-
- CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN
requirements
- Active and unencumbered license in the state of Oregon as
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current BLS certification
- New onboarding caregivers must have a current American Heart
Association (AHA) BLS certification Preferred qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant 2
