Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing counseling services to youth
and families, while having freedom in making your own schedule and
making a great income? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to
join our counseling practice by delivering individual, family, and
group counseling to youth ages 10-24 and their families.
Our ideal candidate holds a Masters's Degree in Counseling or
Social Work and is either licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in the
State of Oregon or pursuing licensure in the State of Oregon. We
support and provide supervision for candidates that are pursuing
licensure.--The candidate must be committed to working for an
LGBTQAI+ inclusive, anti-racist practice that promotes youth voice
and empowerment.
Therapists are all employee status with benefits. Full-time
therapists are expected to deliver an average of 22 client sessions
per week, which leads to an average wage of approximately $75,000
per year. If the therapist delivers an average of 25 client
sessions per week, this leads to an average wage of approximately
$85,000 per year. Full-time therapists work an average of 30-35
total hours per week. Part-time therapists are expected to deliver
an average of 12 client sessions per week and work an average of
15-20 total hours per week.

Responsibilities:
--- Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services to
youth ages 10-24 and their families
--- Conduct biopsychosocial assessment and create an individualized
treatment plan for each client
--- Communicate with client's other service providers and provide
community referrals as needed
--- Timely, complete written documentation using an Electronic
Health Record
--- Participate in increasing community awareness and support of
youth and family mental health treatment and wellness for a minimum
of 1 hour each quarter
--- Attend staff meetings and trainings for team learning and
collaboration
Qualifications:
--- Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work
required
--- Active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the
State of Oregon, or plans to pursue licensure in the State of
Oregon
--- Must be an Oregon resident, preferably located in Southern
Oregon
--- The candidate can be fully remote, in-person, or a hybrid of
both
--- Clinical experience working with youth and families is strongly
preferred

expanding to have new offices in Medford, OR and Brookings, OR.
