Description:RN - Inpatient RehabilitationHours: 3, 12 hour
shifts; 7pm-7:30amLocation: Providence Medford Medical CenterHiring
Bonus: $12,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible

employment.Description:We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) that
will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients
in an acute care environment. Accountable for the delivery of
coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based
quality care to patients and families, based on individual
physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and appropriate care
strategies throughout the lifespan. Practices in accordance with
the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American
Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the ANA
scope and standards of practice. Key functions and specific skills
for the job are found in the unit specific onboarding checklist and
in standards that are applicable to the
specialty.Qualifications:Required qualification in this position
includes:
- Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
- All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
in Nursing must obtain a Bachelor's degree in Nursing -OR- higher
within three (3) years of hire
- A RN with twenty (20) years of RN experience will not be
required to obtain a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Unencumbered RN license in state(s) of hire, and wherever care
is delivered
- If RN holds a multistate license through the Nurse Licensure
Compact (NLC), the RN must adhere to the requirements of licensure
in the new state(s) of hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card must be from the
following authorized governing bodies:
- American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
- American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider),
-OR-
- Military Training Network (MTN) - (Healthcare Provider) upon
hire
- One (1) year acute care experience working with the patient
population similar to Inpatient Rehabilitation -OR- completion of
the specialty residency located atProvidence Medford Medical
CenterPreferred qualification in this position includes:
- Bachelor's Degree
- National Certification directly related to department of
