vision, and core values.About the ProgramOur Outpatient Program
provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and
provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management,
skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services.About the
PositionsWe are looking to hire two Outpatient Therapist (Qualified
Mental Health Professional) to provide clinical services for
individuals affected by or living with mental illness at our
Downtown & Central Clinics in Medford, OR. Therapists will be
responsible for providing effective individual and group therapy.
Clinicians working in this program will have the opportunity to
utilize evidenced based assessment and treatment approaches that
are strengths-based and trauma-informed. This position works as a
member of an internal interdisciplinary team and could also provide
consultation with and referral to external resources, including
PCP's, community partners, and natural social supports as necessary
to promote wellness and recovery for clients.Work Schedules: Monday
- Friday, 8:30 am-5:30pm (Day)This position requires the ability to
perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment and Treatment
Plan, as well as the ability to update these documents as required
and clinically appropriate. Experience in documenting to the
Medicaid-standard is strongly preferred; training will be provided
to the right candidate. Successful clinicians will have a strong
working knowledge of the DSM 5 and the ability to direct and offer
appropriate clinical treatment. Strong organizational, time
management, and interpersonal communication skills are needed.
Knowledge of community resources in order to assist clients with
transition plans and case coordination is preferred. In addition,
you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires
performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and
techniques.QualificationsMUST be QMHP Certified through Mental
Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) -OR-
MEET eligibility qualifications to register with MHACBOMUST meet
State of Oregon QMHP credentials:a) Master's degree in Psychology,
Counseling, Social Work or related field;Bachelor's degree in
Nursing and be Licensed by the State of OregonBilingual - being
willing and able to translate is a plusSuccessful applicants MUST
have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving
record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background
check.Salary & Benefits$4,000-$5,500 per month/DOE. This is a
salary exempt position. ColumbiaCare offers a comprehensive
benefits package for full-time employees, which includes: medical,
