Job Description:
Full-time Coumadin / Anti-Coagulation Nurse Practitioner needed
at a top clinic in Southern Oregon!(Reference Code: KAM) This is a
0.75 FTE position. Must have experience; no new grads. The Nurse
Practitioner will provide professional health services through
providing assessment, diagnosis, education and/or treatment for
acute and chronic health problems along with preventive care. *
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.* Nurse
Practitioner (NP) licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
(OSBN) required. Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State
Board of Nursing required. ACLS, BLS, PALS. * Must have experience
providing care for clients requiring anticoagulation therapy using
Coumadin, administering Coumadin according to current
evidence-based standards of practice. Offering competitive
