LeaveBRANCH MANAGER - JOB SUMMARYResponsible for administration of
operations of the Branch with no direct commercial lending
responsibilities. Primary responsibility is to ensure smooth branch
and client operations, including office culture, adequate staffing,
training, security, vendor management, and clear communications.
Secondary responsibility is for accomplishing management's
marketing objectives of attracting new business and expanding
current Bank relationships, primarily deposit related.BRANCH
MANAGER - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOversee overall branch operations and
branch operating costs, ensuring they are within budgetKnowledge of
the DCI core system and deposit productsOversee cash management,
credit card and merchant service products, balance cash and ATM
transactions following cash control proceduresWork cohesively with
Relationship Team Leader to:Establish and maintain internal
performance objectives for branch deposits, profitability, and
quality of audit reportsDevelop products and services that ensure
client satisfaction and Bank profitability. Support Operations
staff through ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure
prompt, accurate, and dependable client serviceServe as back-up to
operations, clients with routine transactions and opening new
accounts Participate in and encourage lending activities
directlyPrepare written performance evaluation of department
personnelSchedule staff hours to efficiently accommodate customer
trafficSatisfy all requirements for necessary certifications,
including Cash Count Certification Responsible for meeting
measurable business development goals annuallyAssess client needs,
problems, and present complaints with senior staffBe knowledgeable
of residential loan, trust, and investment products, and arrange
meetings between clients or prospective clients and appropriate
Bank representativesRepresent the Bank and its core values to the
community at various civic and community functions toEnhance its
image and promote internal and external referral sourcesPromote
community awarenessOrganize destruction of bank records Be
knowledgeable of bank compliance rules and adhere to Federal and
State banking regulations relating to this positionFollow all Bank
compliance policies and procedures relating to this positionOther

RELATIONSHIPSResponsible to the Relationship Banking Team Leader
for the fulfillment of functions and responsibilitiesContact with
