Digital Growth Manager
Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Growth Manager is
responsible for helping to drive direct to consumer revenue by
working closely with category managers, marketing communications,
external agencies and contractors. The ideal candidate will have
between 4+ years of digital marketing expertise and be passionate
about our renewable, carbon neutral story.
What We're Looking For
A Digital Growth Manager with a background including the
following:
- Digital Marketing Expertise - Experience driving content
marketing, paid acquisition, organic growth like SEO, and
partnership/affiliate/referral marketing programs
- Proven Ability to Optimize the Acquisition Funnel - to excel as
a growth marketer you must be able to establish a systematic
approach to analyze and steadily improve key customer acquisition
metrics
- Hands-on Experience with Experimentation - hypothesis driven
and growth minded individual with background devising, executing
and analyzing tests in a cross-functional setting
- Expertise with Shopify and social media advertising platforms -
Experience with paid advertising and analytics on
Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon
More Specifically
- Growth Strategy: Build data-driven organic and inorganic growth
strategies to optimize the customer journey for driving sales on
Bearmountainbbq.com and Catalystpet.com Shopify sites as well as
Amazon listings.
- Performance Marketing: Develop, launch, and test omnichannel
customer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention
campaigns through Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, and
Amazon to optimize metrics such as Traffic, CAC, CPC, CPM, CTR,
Conversion, ROAS, LTV
- SEO: Monitor search volume, and consumer engagement trends to
identify attractive keywords and lead keyword optimization for
Catalyst and Bear Mountain BBQ brands and marketplace
- Social Media: Design data-driven social media campaigns by
collaborating with the category managers, external agencies &
contractors, and influencers
- Data Analysis: Track and report key metrics. Identify
data-driven optimization opportunities and generate insights that
will lead to key business decisions
- Due Diligence: Evaluate the performance marketing and growth
operations of brands in the acquisition pipeline and identify
opportunities and risks
Results Oriented Team Player - you must have a 'can do' attitude,
be ready to partner across a range of functional teams and roll up
your sleeves to ensure we execute.
Preferred Qualifications
- Great passion for sustainability and e-commerce
- 4+ years of experience in product management, growth,
performance marketing roles in a fast-paced B2C consumer branded
company
- Structured and data-driven mindset with strong analytical
skills and innovative thinking
- Strong commercial awareness and extensive communication and
interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a
highly dynamic environment
- Self-starter and result-driven with the ability to multitask
with minimal supervision
