living without.Position SummaryNote- This role is REMOTE; we will
consider candidates who are located anywhere within the United
States.The Under Armour Digital Commerce team responsible for
UA.com and the UA App is currently seeking a Manager, Site
Reliability Engineering. This role will be responsible for leading
efforts within the Digital Commerce team establish and maintain
observability and continuous integration practices. The ideal
candidate has worked with open-source technology.Essential Duties &
Responsibilities
Mentor, recruit, onboard, grow, and
evaluate site reliability engineersEstablish and maintain standards
for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery workflowsfor
feature development teamsCollaborate with feature development teams
to establish SLOs for applications and criticalbusiness
functionsContribute to long-term architecture and strategy of Under
Armour's e-commerce ecosystemIncident triage and
responseQualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,
and/or TerraformExperience with DataDog, NewRelic, Honeycomb, or
other APM technologiesExperience with Github Actions, CircleCI,
Jenkins or other Continuous Integration toolingExperience with AWS,
Google Cloud Platform, or AzureHigh proficiency with source control
including GitProficiency with command line navigationExperience
with site performance profiling and tuningExperience working within
a service-oriented architecturePreferred:
Experience in implementing
observability for GraphQL APIsExperience managing workloads for
applications written in Javascript and Typescript with a
NoderuntimeExperience facilitating blameless incident
retrospectivesEducation And / Or Experience
BS in CS or 7+ years of comparable
experience1+ years managing engineersFamiliarity with cutting-edge
open-source libraries and experience contributing to projects
ofPersonal interest a plusOther Requirements
