The Regional Vice President (RVP) helps to set the vision, tone and success levers for our clients. In addition, you'll also lead a high performing sales team to establish and exceed their targets. The RVP is a dynamic leader who can quickly move from strategic conversations to analyzing data to help our clients to achieve their goals. You'll work cross-functionally across all key business units to continuously improve and deliver a world-class client experience.

What you'll do:
Identify and monitor key financial indicators to gauge performance, identify trends, and lead strategies that can impact results.
Divide time strategically between clients and direct reports to ensure profitability, growth and professional development
Oversee revenue generation for assigned region
Search for opportunities to be creative, improve, and grow the business
Ensure that all clients derive maximum value from their relationship with us
Assess our current standing in the market to refine strategic sales & plans to grow People Management's footprint in our key verticals.
Leads strategic business development by defining our sales growth plan, coordinating, and executing that growth program, and optimizing the revenue funnel
Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives all accounts by handling client escalation needs to ensure satisfaction and retention

Your background:
10+ years of proven success in leading the sales, recruiting and business operations of a service industry
5+ years of management experience - proven record of recruiting, training, and developing senior professionals in B2B setting for assigned Region
Strong sales acumen and successful record in leading teams that attract and serve local, regional and national accounts; drives for strong financial results
Expertise in shared services and/or staffing industry including vendor management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Seasoned at giving presentations to a wide range of audiences including customers at the C-Suite level, employees, and executive team
Absolute and uncompromising integrity with the ability to instill trust, honesty, fairness, credibility, and a sense of purpose throughout the company
Willingness to serve on various cross-functional teams that address operational and cultural change opportunities available throughout the organization
Must be willing and able to travel up to 75%
